PPR is focused on policy implementation rather than
policy input or democracy models. Thus the exercises and training
modules are focused on guidance to innovate the pattern of IT-uptake
and take pro-active choices on IT in government.
We have developed three exercise modules to meet this objective:
- Are our (new) IT applications primarily oriented
towards the end-users?
- Are our IT-capabilities up-to-date?
- How much added value does each public servant
add to the citizens, companies and politicians using IT?
The beta version of the three exercise and
training modules can be obtained through online request to Prof.
